All users must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to receive services. Fees for our services are communicated before booking and are payable at or before the time of service unless covered by a valid insurance arrangement. Cancellations or rescheduling must follow our cancellation policy, and late cancellations may be subject to charges. We reserve the right to modify fees, refuse bookings, or discontinue services if necessary to ensure patient safety or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and accessible environment in your home to allow our healthcare professionals to deliver care effectively and safely. You agree to cooperate with the care plan prescribed by our licensed professionals and to treat all staff with courtesy and respect. All information and materials, including text, images, trademarks, and software on our website or application, are the property of Apollo Care and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws; they may not be copied or reproduced without our prior written permission. We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary based on individual conditions and compliance. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Apollo Care and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate in which the company is licensed and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts. We may update or amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be reflected on our website.
